Everything you need to know about how we deliver your satellite equipment and what to do if something isn't right.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched from our facility in London, United Kingdom.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery takes 1–3 business days. Express next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on weekdays. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

International Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide. Standard international delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination. Express international options are available for selected regions. All international shipments include tracking.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. Satmatics has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the courier’s website.

Returns

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number via the contact form or by calling +44 20 7120 0100.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible. Faulty products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1–2 years depending on the product). We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, activated SIM cards and opened airtime vouchers cannot be returned. Custom or special-order items are also non-returnable unless faulty.
